So many stories you do tell 

I honor your journey 

Great and Long 

You know what’s right 

You cleanse what’s wrong 

Within your rhythm 

Lies every song

Living this alternate reality 

Feeling separated from whence I came

With a heart like the sun

And sadness like the rain

My emotions flow like rivers

The real truth is plain

We shouldn’t have to sacrifice all 

To comfortably exist

And cause the other forms of ourselves 

To vanish in the mist

Beaten, Splattered, Poisoned, Scattered 

Drowning in her Tears

we stand within her Shadow

as Sequela appears

many hands Betrayed her

Cherubs Lost in Vain

a Silent Sea and Fiery Sky

Signify her Pain

did we not understand her Right

did we chose to Ignore it

when the Mourning comes to an End

who will be there for it?
